You have the possibility to stay in one of our 4 rooms of which “The Suite” is bigger than the rest of the rooms. All rooms are, however, very comfortable and charming. All with view to the main square in Neive – Piazza Italia.

What is included:

Including in the price is a rich breakfast (learn about our breakfast) with a lot of good local food. You will enjoy the breakfast in the “Breakfast room” on the first floor where the breakfast is served on the “long table”. This gives you a good chance to meet the other guests at Al Palazzo Rosso and exchange experiences about Neive and the area.

 

Price:

December to August : The price for Room 1, Room 3 and Room 5 is EUR 120 per night for two people including breakfast. The price for The Suite per night for two people including breakfast is EUR 140 per night. 

September to November : The price for Room 1, Room 3 and Room 5 is EUR 130 per night for two people including breakfast. The price for The Suite per night for two people including breakfast is EUR 145 per night. 

The price for the standard rooms used single is 95 EUR and the price for The Suite used single is EUR 110.

A city tax that we have to collect for Neive of EUR 1.5 per person per night will be added to the prices above when staying at Al Palazzo Rosso

Stay of one child 0-2 years is free – baby bed available on request. Children from 2 to 4 years using baby bed is charged EUR 30 per night

The minimum required stay  is two nights.

Payment and deposit:

To secure your booking we request a 30% deposit. Payment to Banca d’Alba account belonging to Al Palazzo Rosso di Benedetta Bona –  IBAN IT67R0853010302000410103257 SWIFT (BIC code) ICRAITRREQ0.

We accept payment with credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and Bancomat) and of course you are also welcomed to pay cash.

We will be happy to help you with booking wine tastings, restaurants, events etc during your stay.

Useful information:

• Please tell us your estimated arrival time so we can welcome you personally
• At Al Palazzo Rosso you can check-in from 14:00 to 18:00. Check-out no later than 11:00 or according to agreement. Late arrival can upon agreement be arranged with extra charge
• Breakfast is between 8:00 and 10:00
• You find parking outside the hotel in Piazza Italia or just around the corner on Piazza Cocito or on Via Circonvallazione
• Smoking is not allowed in house
• Pets not allowed

Cancellation policy:

• If you cancel the reservation no later than 15 days before planned arrival we will reimburse you the full deposit amount
• If you cancel your reservation between 7 and 14 days before arrival, we will keep the deposit amount
• If you cancel your reservation between 1 and 7 days before arrival then we will charge you 50% of the total price
• At 1 day or no show up the full price will be charged
